Ronald Farrington Sharp is an attorney with offices in Grand Rapids and in Dexter, Michigan practicing
 only in the areas of Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate. The firm works closely on a referral basis with
 financial planners, insurance professionals, accountants and estate planning advisors in developing
 a very comprehensive estate plan package for their clients at reasonable fixed fees.

The law practice was established in 1975.  Since then, Mr. Sharp has personally prepared over three
thousand five hundred trusts and has done estate planning for clients throughout the State of
Michigan.

Estate Planning Services:

We counsel and advise clients as to the documents best suited to meet their estate planning
goals and objectives;

Draft client specific documents to implement estate planning goals.  If married these areseparate
documents for husband and wife and will ordinarily include the revocable living trust,

certificates of trust, pour over wills, health care directives, Living Wills, durable powers of attorney,
and designations of guardian for minor children. No “Fill-in-the-blank” documents are used, each
being individually prepared for each clients’ particular needs.

Preparation of documents necessary to accomplish the legal transfer of title to real estate to the
trust, including deeds for Michigan property, appropriate affidavits, and other necessary documents. 

Prepare additional account transfer forms for use in titling investment and bank accounts in the
name of the trust and provide written explanation of the procedures to be followed when
implementing theestate plan. 

We participate in various prepaid legal service plans such as the Metlife/Hyatt Legal Services Plan,
